For someone who absolutely loves to put smiles on faces, this is the stuff of dreams!   If you are someone who would prefer to get out of the numbers and make a difference by taking care of people, then we need to talk.  We'll provide the non-corporate family atmosphere, but we need you to be able to cross T's, dot I's and strive for perfection and follow-up with minimal supervision and maximum happiness.


What's a typical day consist of?

You will most likely be the first smiling face that a customer sees when they walk into the branch.  If you love to get on a first name basis with everyone, then that is the level of awesome-ness that we are looking for. You may need to answer some questions, guide them to the right place, or better yet discuss their needs and goals and open the type of account that they decide on - after you have used your keen eye for detail and a consultative approach to help them learn and decide! 

Your schedule will need to be open and flexible, because going the extra mile for a customer isn't about strict hours of operation.  You may even need to do a little cross-selling because the customer happens to mention some long-terms goals that a regular savings account just won't accomplish in the long run.

Of course we want you to be the best at what you do, so you will need to have the ability to learn products and procedures quickly and accurately so that you have the utmost confidence in explaining them to someone else.  There are several moving parts, so you should also be willing to adapt and cross-train within the branch to learn as much about the business as you can.

When you are not opening new accounts, there may be those times where someone needs a little maintenance.  Attention to detail is very welcome here!  They may need to add or remove someone to their account, change an address, phone number, etc.

It's not always rainbows and unicorns.  For example, there may be a customer from time to time that doesn't get approved for a loan.  It would be perfect if you had the ability to tactfully break the bad news to them while showing empathy whether over the telephone or in person.  If you get excited while imagining your day being like this, then don't hesitate to complete an application and upload your resume now!
